Place 1 tablespoon (5.0 g) of the product or 3 sachets (4.5 g) per 1.5 g in a cup, add 1 glass of fresh boiling water (200 ml), brew for 15 minutes and strain. Adults shall take 1 glass 2 times a day at mealtimes. Duration of administration is 1 month. |
